I am so delighted that you have stopped to take a look.  Please check back here often as I hope to use this tool quite a few times this year.  I will soon have links to individual class webpages for students and parents to access!

Just a little about myself, this is my 6th year at Flat Rock Community High School.  I grew-up on Grosse Ile and graduated in 1995.  I went on to earn a Bachelor's of Arts in Business from Michigan State University.  After working in industry for a number of years I went back for my MBA only to discover that wasn't where my real desires had me.  So I took a deep look at myself and what I enjoyed doing and realized that teaching would be a great opportunity.  I earned my teaching certificate in 2005 and my Masters of Arts in Teaching in 2007.  I love what I do and I am so happy that I had the support of my family as I made the transition. 

I currently live in Flat Rock with my husband, Chris, and my daughter, Rylie, who is 3 and my son, Christopher, who is 7 months old.  I look forward to what the 2010/2011 school year brings and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me!
